For those of you with parents forcing you to take paths you don’t wanna take. For those of you in jobs you hate, and you feel trapped because you feel like you won’t be able to survive if you get up and leave. For those of you who are living life by any terms but your own, wake the fuck up. When you’re old and incapable of doing what you can today, you’re gonna look back and regret not taking risks, opportunities and chances that you know would have led to a happier, more fulfilling life. To anyone reading this who may feel trapped living life by someone else’s means, and you know what you’d rather be doing; DO. IT. You only live life once, so why wouldn’t you live a happy one?

昨日の筋トレ後PIC💪🔥

デッドリフトで引きまくってから
肩中心トレ😈

順調に肩フロントと二頭筋三頭筋が発達してる‼

焦らず自分に合った重量でやる‼
毎回同じ種目やっても刺激がマンネリ化するから1週間に1度高重量で刺激を与える💪🔥

体重増やせば必然と重量が上がるけど体のキレが無くなるから1ヶ月に1.5kg位増やそう🙌

どうしても1人でトレーニングすると倦怠期がくるけどやり方を工夫すれば乗り切れる💪🔥

さて今日も1日頑張るか😊

I think I am more annoyed than anything. Annoyed because I would never go out of my way to be rude to someone on social media, or make them feel small, and I feel annoyed for feeling annoyed by what was a silly rude comment on one of my business page posts yesterday.

I am a single mum, I work really hard for my kids, I juggle a lot in life to make this all work, I am passionate about what I do and I put out content on my pages to help educate and hopefully inspire other mums and fellow women.
If you have nothing better to do with your time than to negatively comment on facebook posts to make people feel worse about themselves then I think you need to evaluate your life and your current happiness.

Research shows that people who are more self-affirmed take very little enjoyment out of seeing other people fail. People with low self-esteem often thrive off watching others fail. Something to think about.

So my advice to you, don’t be a sad sack, and get to work spending your time more wisely.
Like doing this workout 👇, you will get a rush of endorphins by the end of it and maybe even feel a bit better about life so you don’t feel the need to spend your evenings making other people feel small.

I set my timer for 30 minutes and did as many rounds as I could. The lighting here is awful but hopefully you get the gist.

We all have a choice in life, if you don’t want to see something on social media or something doesn’t interest you simply leave the page.

I did FB and IG story the comment (bit harsh?) and have had so many lovely messages of support today from it so thank you lovely people!
